How do I troubleshoot software if no GPS measurements are displayed?

Please confirm that you are using an SD or Bluetooth GPS Receiver that is NMEA compliant. If your device is Bluetooth, please confirm that Bluetooth is turned on in the PDA's settings menu.

For Palm® devices, click on the “Tools” button, and select “GPS Settings” on the iGolfGPS software. At the top of the screen is a drop down menu that will allow you to select the type of GPS Receiver you are using.
