Brian Verdugo - President
Brian Verdugo, President of L1 Technologies Inc., the parent company to the iGolf brand, originally established iGolf in 2003, and has since maintained the responsibilities of the strategic direction of the company, new products, designs and engineering. Establishing the iGolf brand has allowed Mr. Verdugo to incorporate his interests of technology and GPS into his work. As head of the company, he has successfully led the GPS products of iGolf into the market. Along with his vast business knowledge, Mr. Verdugo contributes a good sense of humor to the iGolf team, which creates for a fun work environment.

Aside from iGolf, Mr. Verdugo is very passionate about starting and restructuring companies, and continues to be an active member on the board of directors for many organizations. He is the managing partner of Location Holdings, LLC, which focuses on the investment and acquisition needs of small location-based companies.

Mr. Verdugo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University. He remains very active with his alma mater as a member of the College of Arts and Letters Alumni Board, and continuously volunteers to be a guest speaker to the school's future entrepreneurs.

Dan Galatro - Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Galatro is responsible for U.S. and global operations, including all division projects, production, manufacturing, warehousing and fulfillment. Since joining the L1 team, Mr. Galatro has helped expand operations worldwide and introduce numerous iGolf products to the marketplace. He also has led efforts which have seen the staff and scope of business operations grow exponentially.

Mr. Galatro's past corporate experience consists of operations management for a multi-national corporation based in Hong Kong, as well as serving in various capacities for a U.S. based non-profit financial services institution. His contribution to L1 includes extensive knowledge of global operations management, a fiscally conservative approach to business, and a steadfast commitment to the success of the company.

Mr. Galatro earned a Masters of Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis and mountain biking.

Dana Robinson - General Counsel
Dana Robinson, General Counsel for L1 Technologies, is responsible for registering trademarks, managing corporate transactions and resolving disputes. He was inspired to work for L1 due to its unique product line and visionary leadership. Mr. Robinson has extensive expertise in multiple legal fields, including corporate law, copyrights and trademarks.

Mr. Robinson has also owned and operated several small businesses over the past 20 years. He has spent many years as an active investor in start-ups, and manages a portfolio of real estate and business interests in the U.S. and China. Mr. Robinson sits on numerous boards of companies and non-profit organizations, as well as teaching seminars on corporate and intellectual property law. Mr. Robinson brings his broad business experience and legal expertise together as more than just L1's General Counsel. He offers input in business decisions, negotiations and participates in L1's strategic planning.

Mr. Robinson received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Diego and his Master of Arts from Azusa Pacific University. He is an active member of both the State Bar of California and Nevada. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys art, surfing, sailing and playing the guitar and saxophone. He resides in La Jolla, CA with his wife and daughter.

Gary Symington - General Manager, iGolf Division
Mr. Symington is the General Manager of the iGolf Division. He is responsible for directing and coordinating activities between all functional areas within the division. Mr. Symington also is responsible for managing corporate partner relationships and implementing strategic processes aimed to improve operational efficiency and the growth of the iGolf brand.

Mr. Symington comes to L1 Technologies after an extensive career in the financial services industry. Mr. Symington effectively ran a successful non-profit organization, during which he focused on strategic partnerships to expand his business and exponentially increase the number of clients he was able to assist. Mr. Symington has been asked numerous times to appear on news programs, as an expert on a variety of business topics, and has written several articles for local newspapers and periodicals.

Mr. Symington holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and resides in the College Area with his son.
