How do I change the device in My Profile so I can download the correct file format?

The files downloaded from are specific to the device selected in your Member Profile. If you use more than one iGolf compatible product, you should always know which device is selected to properly download and save GPS files in the correct format. To change the device in your Profile, follow the instructions below and refer to 'Organizing Downloaded Files' section below for more information.

1. Go to and log into your account.

2. Go to 'My Profile' and select 'Edit'.

3. In the 'Product Information' section, select 'Request Change'.

4. Submit requested information and press 'Send'. Provide device name and serial number for fastest service.
